I suggested this long ago and started writing this hope it is okay took only ten to twenty on it... but eh i hope it reads well, does it have to be used? no but if it would it would be a easy thing to add and for questers to add.
I retyped this and changed things back to my original suggestion, since lol no one really responded it what they thought of how it read. This goes off the typical elements, NO character should be able to be created from one of these but perhaps demons... while some of the may of been descendants of the ancient creatures from these, these are places power from magic could be drawn, I can type more if needed this is just basic stuff with mild cryptid info.
I. Air
The basic description of this place, like a heaven, mountain tops all over as if they breached the heavens, but the bottoms never seen. This place is frequented by unique creatures, quite a few are just air spirits, it is rumored that perhaps this is the realm that makes it so Aeromancers can become strong, yet when they grow bored tornadoes can appear, it is a simple but well used excuse. There are towns up in the heaven's but not like the civilized, they are made of clouds some are made into the mountains. When one arrives here people become drunk, but not with power, they just lose all caring in truth, if it is something that takes a long time it makes it harder for them to want to leave, they have a ooh shiny effect here. It does not effect some, as it is the realm of air, it is also the realm of exploration and life in a way of sorts.

II. Fire
The realm of fire is like pure hell, does that mean torture? No, it is a realm that is oceans of fire and lava, this place makes a desert look like a frigid palace. The worse danger? Is the sulfur geysers... if one is not careful they could blow up entire areas... the world can be confusing at times. The realm likes to promote anger, action... it takes the ability to think clear away from many... There are plains of pure ash, some rumor to have the bodies of those that were stupid enough to visit...

III. Earth
This realm is unique, what is this place? It is what your would picture the home of dwarves, and in fact there are some similar heftier forms of dwarves that seem to be in this realm, they don't ever pass from the plane to the planet. There are vast cities and caves said to be laden with treasures, most of this realm is what is thought for a majority of the dragons came from in their greedy treasure vault habit. This realm has beautiful caves, it is honestly a rather magnificent area, one would be surprised, but the downside there are vast dangers here, most are unseen until to late, chasms, unstable caves... it is rumored to be a massive kingdom in the middle of this realm that no outsider has ever seen.

IV. Water
The Realms of water are chaotic, they are like mother nature... but moody... the vast oceans have a few cities around the realm but none can be seen without aid, they are all hidden pretty well, deep beneath the sea, and there is a rumored island of nothing but ice, which holds it's own kingdom. The world is so dangerous because of vast and unpredictable natures, it could be calm one day then a tsunami the next... it is unfiltered chaos. It is said to be plagued with ancient creatures, no one has ever seen them all... or so it is said.

V. Life
The realm of life, is unique as in nothing seems to die, the eternal seem to live there in peace... verdant fields of nothing but grass, trees and life... it is honestly a paradise from destruction of war, it is the one plane that has no visible destruction and only purity. The world filled with scents of the heavens and the flowers... It has many defenders even though there is no war upon this place, it is crazy to most of the darker creatures... and is the only place the sun won't burn the vampires as long as they do not kill their food.. Also a realm who normally increases lust of others... it is one of its many 'dark' secrets..

This world is the darkest place in the world, it is paradise to few, the darkest of creatures would find this place home, vampires demons and mass murderers... it is filled with graveyards, wilting soil so dry it is breaking down without warning, crumbling... nothing here breathes of life.. this place is total fear for those of the fae and earth... nothing screams life... it is the thing of nightmares for many... Picture the world barren and dying and that is this... but at the end..
