Trothe Slave Emporium

Within the confines of those tall old stone walls that protected Trothe, a city that could have been one of many things before the catastrophe, but now was reduced to dark alleys, that if one went down they could be enslaved, raped, or even beaten and robbed. It is rumored Lycans, Vampires and Demons find this place as a home, they just have gotten so good at hiding it that various guilds have raised to protect the people or so they claim.
This old building stood tall, its past purposes lost since the time, of the grand catastrophe, upon the rubble and old buildings it was found, standing tall; it needed some work but otherwise was a rather fortified building standing two stories, it at first would look like a warehouse, thick stone and wooden walls, it had a few windows here and there, mainly upon the upper floors.
Building Layout:
It stood two stories tall, once one entered, those thick oaken doors opened and showed a rather large splayed out floor, a large front counter and to the side, toys galore, from whips dildos and rings all upon the shelves... But what drew many? The devices as well, it was unique, small ones from plugs with tails, headbands with animal ears upon them. To large ones as large as complex wooden and iron devices... Along the large stairwell that led up to the second floor, there were a few bedrooms, and the managers office at the end of the hall, one might assume it was a type of inn in the past or a bar from how the second floor was, but that was far from it's purpose now.
The other two floors were both basements, well constructed, sturdy; the basement was littered with rooms with multiple of the devices above to help train slaves, members got a discount, they were cheap but it was a bit easier for some than buying the top floors out of product. And the second basement was built oddly, it was constructed more like a prison, chains and cells upon the walls, perhaps it was a mansion In the past and the owner had some dark fetishes, but now it is a room that is used for training and for those to be punished.
Slaver(s) Rules:
-Get with the slave and come up with what you guys wish to do and get out of the rp. Do talk about it in a pm and agree on things(like limits, nonos, rules)
-You may punish and do as you wish your slave as long as you do NOT break the following rules (note, that you can force feed your slave Vampire blood, or into a demon pact, but if it is noticed and reported or figured out. There will be IC consequences. The maiming and perm damage is closer to against the rules so removal of collar is partially an OOC consequence and will follow the other characters This is for the extremes only):
-Force Fed Vampire blood
-Forced into a Demon Pact
-Consorting with Vampires/Demons/Lycans are all punishable by the TSE(If caught), though if a slave is found out doing so, then the fine and onerous falls upon their master for punishment.
Dismemberment (killing/maiming) Is punishable by removing the collar immediately and revoking that master from holding another license as well as a likely talk from the ops.
- No permanent damage to the slave, barring whipping/cropping, things not smiled upon are burns and leprosy via necromancy
-Come up with a slaver tag, between 1-4 letters or even digits, that go in the brackets {}, the slave MUST wear this at all times on their name in public or anywhere in the channel with said tag!
-Slavers are responsible for their slaves actions, they do to much bad, the master and slave will be punished, normally in a fine.
And of course, Slaves property becomes your own automatically (with OOC consent of course)

How do I obtain a slave?
Firstly, OOC(Out of Character) confirmation!
What does this mean? Slaves and Slaver should agree before hand on how they want this all to happen. Slavery can not happen without OOC Consent. This is not a suggestion it is a channel law.
In Character:
That is simple there are many ways to own a slave, have fun with it, it should be enjoyable for both parties. Some decide to trick the other, either with a demon pact, or with vampire blood, granted those only work for those two. Others decide to use their mind and manipulate them with intelligence.
Or you can always do the age old method! Hit them over the head and train them! Or perhaps they are a debt slave!
Any of the above ways plus more are welcome! Now once you both agree in OOC, (IC consent don't matter or it would be a date!) You can post on the forums, one of the following consents, as Master/Mistress and slave:

I (your name here) give my IC and OOC consent to play the part of (master/slave). I have already talked with my rp partner about what I am looking for and what they are looking for in regards to kinks, limits, and play times and have read this link (post a link).
This is not to be a pain in the ass, it is to help keep it easier for us all in the long run!)
After the above are done depending on which one. Comes the fun part, but a little expensive! There is a fee, for slavery, and after that, a small monthly fee one can pay per month or all at once.
The initial cost is 100 Gold to start, with a fee another 100 annually (The secondary cost does not have to be paid right off, can be later). If the fee is not paid the Slave will be taken as a 'repo' until the debt is paid, and a added (nominal)fee is given to the slaver. As stated above, the collaring mark must be 1-4 numbers/letters within {} I.E. {Asmd} or something similar.

Magical mark (illusion or conjuration perhaps)

Job(s):
Tester/Merchant/Crafter/Trainer: 20 mhl a hour
Their jobs are to make sell and show off the products, they will be required to know how each works and how to use and wield them properly, so say a new slaver doesn't take their eyes out with a whip. One is NOT forced to do both, that is their choice. BUT as long as a customer doesn't hurt them physically, there will be few consequences, (Granted OOC consent required of course.) They can bring ideas to the owner of new types of toys to craft and sell them, maybe getting a bonus out of pocket from the owner of the store as well. The trainer aspect if they wish to be known as it can help train slavers or slaves in the proper ways, granted you get that school of training with that teacher. Not all of you have to be it in everything. But it will help and grow RP.

Slaves should always speak in a respectful manner in public, some Owners/Free people will prefer Master/Mistress, others Sir/Maam, Some will wish for neither..
Owner's rule are law for the slave, if the owner's rule breaks the laws of the TSE or Trothe, they can come to tell the TSE, but otherwise whether it be from they must strip on the bartop in the inn every few hours, to wearing nothing but their birthdays suit, they must do as told.
Slaves are barred from committing any violence, unless it is to defend one's self from harm that would bring anger from their own, (i.e. Broken arm, bruised body), to prevent rape as well, for this will most likely damage the Owner's property.
A slave is expected to take any and all punishment from the Owner and the TSE, and to do so with as much dignity as possible.
Punishments:
First, if a slave does break etiquette to a free person and the Owner is not around, the Free can take the slave and punish them themselves. While this can range from some of the typical TSE slave punishments it is NOT to ruin the property, i.e. say a large wildkin fucks a slave in punishment and is to large for said slave, as long as the slave is still useable they will not face a fine, if they are charged the TSE will help broker this. (What is damaging? Look below)
Punishments for slaves depending on their crimes, there will always be certain degrees, and that is what the TSE is here for, to help find the right punishment, and help prevent it from happening again.. hopefully... There are a large amount of toys or devices, and even spells to use for punishments upon the slaves. (There will need to be some degree of OOC consent, note, though if a person to be punished refuses all types and is unreasonable, they will be locked in a cell for a few days.
